The Florida Lottery's contracts are now available for viewing through the Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS). Please select the hyperlink above for access to the FACTS website. On the main page please select "State Contract Search FACTS". Under search contracts, click the drop down arrow of the "Agency Name" field and select the Department of Lottery. Click the "Search Contracts" button to see all contracts that have been posted by our department.
The Department of the Lottery has completed the 2011 enhanced biennial rule review and reports as required by Chapter 2011-225, Laws of Florida, in cooperation with the Governor's Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform.
